Home staging consults are essential for us to assess your space, provide recommendations & discuss budget. Our aim is to:

During consultations, we aim to understand your target market & evaluate the overall appeal of your home. We also look to understand your home’s strengths & area’s of improvement.
#2 Planning
After the consult & once objectives are set, our next step is to create a staging plan that will include recommendations for furniture, & decor solutions. It will also include any necessary repairs or improvements that need to be made. Our plan includes budgeting, where we outline costs & prioritize changes based on the homeowners’ budget. You will be shown what the look & feel will be in our visual guide.
#3 Implementation, the Wright way
The number one goal, apart from getting your home sold quickly, is that this process is stress-free for you. From start to finish we will manage all the details of staging, so that you can focus on other aspects of the selling process. Together with art work, done by Stacey Wright Art, as well as the stock from our warehouse, or sometimes specific new items tailored to your budget, we utilize all the necessary resources to create a space that is inviting to buyers.
